Indie fashion anyone?

I like most music.....indie, rock, chart, dance..... Because I have so many different groups of friends (some 'rocky' some fashionable some 'indie') I need a style that in between. Im thinking more based on indie/chart music so indie/fashion. Kind of topshop style and maybe river island. Im just rubbish with fashion. can anyone help me with some looks that are 'in' at the moment
