Hi guys, im a high school senior that is looking to become a d2 college football player(east Strasbourg as a DT/DE and long snapper). I can max 455 on the squat but for some reason I can't bench more then 150. My high school coach told mw he never herd of a player with such a strong lower body but can only bench 150. Why am I struggling and what can I do to get up to my goal of 200.
