Before any referee gets punished - its ok for players to make mistake?

i think it should be like the tennis rule. Each manager should have the option to "challenge" the call. You only get three challenges though so it needs to be the right call. Obviously you can't use this method in like division 6 football, but you can defiantly use it in championship and Premier league Seire A, La Liga, and the german bundesliga. Its not a bad idea? if only Fifa warn't twats.
