To answer your question, if you've been to one Target in NYC, you've been to them all as far as clothing goes. Loehman's is always a good hit. Not that cheap however. Century 21 does offer good designer priced merchandiser. However, if, as you say you are not into designer brands so much why bother? we do have big savings in the boroughs . Queens, Bronx and Brooklyn.
