Cooking whole baby snapper?

Hi everyone. I have recently purchased two whole baby snapper (fish) I will be cooking it with garlic and lemon and wrapping it in foil and placing it in the oven but how long does it take to cook and what degrees Celsius should i have the oven set on? the two fish combined weigh 756grams if that helps with an indication of how long to cook it for. Also how do i remove the head and tail and bones? I really should have purchased it filleted but i wanted to try it this way. The fish has been gutted for me (thank goodness) Thanks in advance and HAPPY NEW YEAR only 8 hours to go...
