IF someone has gonorrhea?

Which im kinda freakin out that i might have, im going to get tested on thursday and leaving them hoes alone..smh (shame on me) but anyway what i wanted to know is, im scared im having symptoms like having to pee a good bit, and after i pee i can feel a lil sting at the tip so,,im pretty much mentally prepared and punished myself already but if someone gets to that pus dripping stage (GOD forbid i get there) how do they get the pus out, or do the antibiotics take care of that...please serious answers.
