Turtle shipped across the Country...?

I got a turtle that came frozen with live Crawfish from Lousiana. I'm striving to achive maximum hospitality for him/her, but I do not know what kind of turtle it is. It looks like a snapper and a box turtle hybrid, but i'm not sure. I don't know if it's eaten or slept yet either. Can anyone help me out? I don't want it to die. :(
