What is stopping me going on certain websites?

Recently i have been unsuccessful in going on Topshop, Asos and any other shopping websites. It also happens on other websites too. I have downloaded the latest java scripts and flash player and tried everything. I wanted to download a different browse but i couldn't even get onto the websites. PLEEASSEE help!
