Where can I find last season topshop clothes?

Last year, I'm not sure if it was the autumn or winter collection I fell in love with a pair of red slightly burnt and worn looking shorts. Unfortunatley I didn't get a chance to buy them! Does anyone know where I could find them online or if topshop have any outlet stores (?), apart from ebay! Thankyou :)
