Why do i have ear pain?

I got in trouble, and got punished. I was smacked on the ears (1 smack for each ear). It was on the top hard part of my ear(cartilage). Now when I push my ear against my head it hurts really bad, especially when i put my head on the pillow, also, when i fold my ear. I don't know what's wrong with it it feels warm. I got hit so hard they turned purple for a while. Im a teenager, i can hold any pain, but the thing is i can't sleep with it. Well I guess i have to deal with it for 2night, but if there is anything you can concept me with or help me i wold really appreciate it.
