Are the dead birds falling from the sky the canary in the coal mine?

Red wing blackbirds where I live seem to gravitate to radio towers. And there are H.A.A.R.P. weather towers in Arkansas. As for the fish, there was the gulf oil spill and a lot of inland weather is determined by the gulf of Mexico. I think the fish dying is more serious because a greater number of animal species feed on them.
