How to order something from online? via paypal?

im from brunei. i want to order clothes from newlook, topshop and more. Im gonna use paypal for the payment. I dont have visa/master card, nor credit card. im just gonna link my bank account through paypal... so the thing is, do paypal accept bank account for payment? and am i just gonna put in my pin number when i order it? and last question, are the company will take care and ship it here? where do i get the stuff once it arrive here?
