Religious people: Do you hate atheists, or think badly of us? Why or why not?

Atheists are also people who came to the world the same way I did. You people have the same right to be treated fairly, to heard and to fight for your own beliefs. In my opinion, as long as you guys don't do anything offensive towards me or anyone for that matter, why would I hate you? Since you've already used the Bible or God's teaching in your argument, let me do the same, and He said: Love others (or neighbors I think was the words used) as you love yourself. Personally speaking, I think the "others" here not only pertains to your own kind but people in general regardless of color/race, gender and beliefs. As for those people who judge, hate or think/feel badly of you guys, I think they're just feeling a little insecure with the group they belong to or just cant get a clear grasp of what God is teaching.
