Why does my florida snapping turtle have lumps on his neck and face,is it cancer , tumor ,parasites?

why does my florida snapping turtle have lumps on his neck and face-is it cancer,tumor , parasites. he started growing them right after he ate a baby duck i gave to him as a treat. please answer me. will my juvenile florida snapper die from it . what can i do to treat it??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
